Why Choose Us

Glazed Stone Ware pipes used for underground drainage and sewerage owe their exceptional characteristics. These pipes are produced from the raw materials of clay and grog which are glazed. The Glaze consists of a combination of salt, clay, feldspar.

The Clay is compacted by augers and air is removed in a vacuum chamber. First, the socket and then the pipe barrel is extruded in one step through an annular gap on the die of the press. The Freshly extruded pipes are placed on rail cars by suction devices. The glaze will be applied after drying the pipe which will be sent to a modern tunnel kiln for frying to a temperature of 1150°c. The entire manufacturing process is automated.

However, the highly developed techniques for preparation and production keep the dimensional tolerances and have exceptional properties in respect of chemical resistance, crushing strength even higher than reinforced concrete, permeability, and hardness well within the values permissible by the IS:651-2017.

The products are fully glazed and produced following the requirements of the Indian Standard specified. Inspections by independent third-party quality assessors are carried out in regular intervals to ensure compliance with the requirements of IS:651 under a quality management system.
